Airports

The closest major airport is Albuquerque International (ABQ), located 70 miles south of Santa Fe. Only commuter and private planes fly to the Santa Fe Airport.

Ground Transportation

Shuttles are available between the Albuquerque International Airport and Santa Fe, about an hour and fifteen minute drive. The last shuttle departs the airport at approximately 10:45 pm; earliest shuttles depart Santa Fe at 6 am. Please check schedules and make reservations in advance. The Santa Fe Writers Conference is presented by the Southwest Literary Center, a division of Recursos de Santa Fe, a private not-for-profit organization which presents nationally-recognized seminars & conferences in the arts, sciences, letters, & humanities. Funders include the City of Santa Fe Arts Commission and the 1% Lodgers Tax.
